By using MindStash, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies, please do not use the App.

When you create an account, we collect:

When you use MindStash, we store:

  • AI-generated summaries

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud infrastructure provider. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Row-level security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own data
  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure authentication via OAuth
  • Regular security audits

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate MindStash:

Supabase

We use Supabase for authentication, database storage, and real-time synchronization. Supabase stores your account information and saved content securely.

Stripe

We use Stripe to process subscription payments. Stripe collects and processes your payment information. We do not store your full credit card details.

OpenAI

We use OpenAI's API to generate AI summaries of your saved content. When you request a summary, the content is sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy.

Data Sharing

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who assist in operating the App (as described above)
  • With advertising and marketing partners to deliver relevant content and offers
  • With business partners for analytics, research, and service improvement
  • In aggregated or de-identified form for any lawful purpose
  • To comply with legal obligations or valid legal requests
  • To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property

Data Retention

MindStash is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
