How do I save content from other apps?+
To save content, open any app (like Safari, YouTube, or Instagram), tap the Share button, and select MindStash from the share sheet. The content will be saved to your default folder, or you can choose a specific folder.
What platforms are supported?+
MindStash supports saving content from virtually any iOS app that uses the standard Share Sheet. This includes YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Safari, and many more.
How do AI summaries work?+
AI summaries analyze your saved content and generate a concise summary of the key points. You can customize the summary style using instructions at three levels: Global (applies to all content), Folder-level, and Note-level. Each summary uses one AI token.
What's included in the Free plan?+
The Free plan includes 10 one-time AI tokens, unlimited folders and notes, the Share Sheet extension, Markdown support, and full search capabilities. It's perfect for trying out MindStash and light usage.
What's included in the Pro plan?+
Pro includes unlimited AI summaries, automated content organization suggestions, priority support, and early access to new features. It's available for $4/month or $25/year (a 48% savings).
How do I organize my content?+
You can create unlimited nested folders to organize your content. Long-press on a note to move it between folders, or drag and drop to reorganize. Use breadcrumb navigation to quickly move between folder levels.
Can I export my data?+
Yes! You can export your saved content and notes at any time. Go to Settings > Account > Export Data to download all your content in a portable format.
Is my data secure?+
Absolutely. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission, OAuth authentication, and row-level security in our database. Your data is stored securely with Supabase and is never sold to third parties.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > MindStash > Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account?+
To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed within 30 days.
